Job summary

Novolex is seeking a qualified Accounting/Operations Accountant to manage month-end journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations. You will collaborate closely with manufacturing and warehousing teams to ensure accurate financials and inventory metrics.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Business, strong Excel skills, and ERP exposure (SAP a plus). Travel to locations may be required; a competitive benefits package is offered.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business required.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.
  • SAP or other ERP experience a plus.
  • 2+ years of operations accounting and/or inventory experience required.
  • Ability to interact with manufacturing, business units and other departments.

Responsibilities

Job Description

Responsibilities:

A reasonable estimate of the current range is $65,000-85,000 + bonus + benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. At Novolex, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
