The role emphasizes accuracy, timely reporting, and collaboration within a hybrid team. Qualifications include a Bachelor's in Accounting and 0-2 years of experience, with strong US GAAP knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 0-2 years of experience, internships included.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and US GAAP.

Responsibilities

• Maintain journal entries for payroll, expenses, accruals, and AP invoices.
• Prepare financial workpapers, reconcile accounts, and support client transactions.
• Prepare and review cash reporting and execute payments.
• Maintain wiring instructions across entities for clients/investors.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly client financial reports and bank reconciliations.
• Coordinate annual tax packages.
• Oversee semi-monthly payrolls with third-party vendors.
• Prepare and review AR invoices.
• Assist with other business needs.
