Yusen Logistics is seeking a Manager of Operations Training & Development to lead theYusen Operations Academy and build organizational capability across the Contract Logistics Group. You will partner with Operations, HR, Safety, Quality, Engineering, and IT to develop scalable training standards, content, and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combinations of education and leadership experience.
• 5+ years progressive leadership in warehouse, fulfillment, distribution, manufacturing, or supply chain operations.
• Experience developing, delivering, and managing operational training programs.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, safety, quality systems, and SOPs.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training databases.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and standard reporting tools.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 40–50% as required.

Responsabilités

• Lead the development, governance, and continuous improvement of the Yusen Operations Academy across the Contract Logistics Group.
• Develop and maintain standardized onboarding programs for hourly associates to operational leaders.
• Design and maintain curriculum, certification programs, work instructions, and digital learning content.
• Own the LMS, training records, certification tracking, and compliance reporting.
• Develop enterprise standards for onboarding, process training, and leadership development.
• Support new customer implementations, facility startups, and major process changes through training.
• Develop Train-the-Trainer programs to sustain Academy standards
• Create leadership development programs to strengthen succession planning
• Collaborate with HR, Safety, Quality, IT, Engineering, and Operations to align training with policies and customer requirements
• Use metrics and audits to evaluate training effectiveness and drive improvements
• Standardize best practices across the CLG network and integrate into Academy curriculum
• Facilitate classroom and virtual training sessions and workshops
• Support Kaizen initiatives with standardized work and operational excellence
• Travel to operational locations as needed to deploy the Academy and support deployments
• Serve as subject matter expert for operational learning and workforce development
