Job summary

Keystone is seeking a hands-on grounds/lot worker at our Indiana location to support general lot duties and safety compliance. You will help maintain the facility grounds, perform soil sampling, and assist with equipment upkeep while coordinating with management about daily activity and needs.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED (experience may offset) and may include overtime during peak seasons. Lifting up to 50 pounds and basic mechanical tasks are part of the job duties.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; experience may offset.
• Overtime is required as the season demands.
• Basic mechanical skills for daily maintenance of equipment preferred.
• Prior ag experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift more than 50 pounds and perform physical duties.

Responsibilities
