Job summary

Keystone Cooperative, Inc. is seeking a dependable CDL driver to operate Class A, B, or Ag CDL vehicles for delivery of agronomy products. The role supports other operations, product receiving, and maintenance to ensure efficient facility functioning.

The candidate should have a high school diploma or GED, hold a valid CDL, and be able to pass company vehicle reviews. Overtime is required during peak seasons, with emphasis on safety and teamwork.

Position Overview

The purpose of this position is to operate a Class A, B, or Ag CDL vehicle to safely deliver products to customers while serving as a backup to Applicators as needed. This role supports overall operations through product receiving and delivery, lot and grounds maintenance, equipment compliance, and other duties that contribute to the efficient operation of the facility.

Duties and Responsibilities

Include but are not limited to

• Assist with outbound and inbound Agronomy products.
• Ensure safety compliance.
• Assist in equipment maintenance.
• Assist in housekeeping and maintenance of facility grounds.
• Communicate daily activities, needs and accomplishments to management.
• Prepare and maintain records in accordance with regulations and company procedures.
• May assist in measuring inventory of dry fertilizer, NH3, UAN, and other chemicals.
• May serve as a backup to Applicators.
• Provide support across multiple business units, fostering collaboration, aligning priorities, and driving consistent execution of organizational objectives.

Skills and Qualifications

• Prior ag experience a plus
• Required overtime as the season demands
• Basic mechanical skills for daily maintenance of equipment preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent time management, prioritization, and judgement skills
• Possess a positive attitude, high energy, and focused attention to detail
• Must have a high sense of urgency and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong customer service and team player attitude
• Territory knowledge a plus

Education and Experience

• High School graduate or GED; may be offset by experience.
• Must hold one of the following: Class A or B CDL preferred, or Ag CDL, with required endorsements.
