We're looking for someone who can bring structure to an important problem without needing a fully defined job description for every project.
As a Business Operations Generalist at Endex, you'll work across the company's operating needs: team processes, vendor coordination, recruiting support and special projects. You'll partner with leadership to identify what needs attention, take ownership and build a process that works as the company grows.
Own Ambiguous Operating Problems: Frame the need, investigate the evidence and agree a practical outcome with leadership.
Coordinate Company Work: Keep vendor, team and internal projects moving with clear owners and deadlines.
Build Scalable Processes: Replace repeated manual coordination with clear workflows, useful documentation and proportionate automation.
Support Team Growth: Help coordinate hiring logistics, employee onboarding and the operating needs of a growing team.
Make Trade-Offs Visible: Give leaders concise analysis, explicit options and a recommendation grounded in the work you have done.
Generalist Experience: You've owned a range of operational work and can explain the results you delivered.
Structured Thinking: You break an ambiguous problem into useful questions, actions and decisions.
Practical Execution: You are comfortable doing detailed coordination as well as recommending a better process.
Clear Communication: You keep stakeholders informed and make ownership and next steps explicit.
Practical Range: You can move between analysis, vendor coordination and detailed execution without losing sight of the business outcome.
