Job summary

AdventHealth in Greenwood Village, CO is seeking a Project Coordinator to plan, budget, oversee, document and report on all aspects of assigned projects within our healthcare network. This role requires strong organizational skills, teamwork, and the ability to communicate clearly with diverse partners.

You will coordinate schedules, resources, and information to ensure timely completion, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support provider transitions for new locations and relocations.

Qualifications

  • Associate degree required.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

  • Plans, budgets, oversees, documents, and reports on all aspects of assigned projects.
  • Coordinates project schedules, resources, equipment, and information to ensure timely completion.
  • Manages practice and provider transitions, including new practice locations and relocations.
  • Facilitates communication and collaboration with cross-functional business partners to define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
  • Works closely with Project Managers and other leaders to assign tasks and manage schedules.
  • Assists with insurance website eligibility access requests and completes patient notification letters as needed.
  • Collaborates with Business Development to complete branding crosswalk submissions.
  • Analyzes risks and opportunities to inform project planning and execution.
  • Acts as a point of contact and communicates project status to all participants.
  • Develops and implements strategies to optimize project outcomes.
  • Provides leadership and guidance to internal teams to ensure project success.
