Job summary

Energy Transfer seeks an experienced server support professional to join the Operational Technology team in Texas. This hands-on role focuses on maintaining and automating backup and server operations, with emphasis on Veeam Backup & Recovery and reliability across plant domains.

You will collaborate with OT colleagues, perform scripting with PowerShell, assist in disaster recovery planning, and participate in on-call rotations to ensure minimal downtime in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or certification with practical experience and 2–5 years related experience.
• Ability to handle multiple workloads and multitask.
• Experience with backup and recovery technologies and large production server environments.

Responsibilities

• Help maintain and monitor Veeam Backup and Recovery servers and jobs.
• Support team with Veeam administrative functions to ensure backups are successful.
• Monitor and maintain servers in plant domains.
• Support file services, backups and server patching efforts.
• Architect solutions for process improvement and automation.
