Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Systems Engineer to lead digital manufacturing initiatives across global facilities. You will design, deploy, and support advanced automation, MES, and control systems, reporting to the Director, GSC Manufacturing Systems.

You will train plant teams, enforce global standards, and partner with IT, Quality, and engineering to drive efficiency and consistency.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related IT field.
5+ years of experience in Engineering, Automation, or IT Supply Chain roles.
Proven SQL skills, ideally with Microsoft SQL Server.
Strong experience configuring, testing, and developing manufacturing software including ISA-88, HMI, and MES.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement advanced digital manufacturing processes and systems to drive plant efficiency globally.
Provide technical leadership, advanced troubleshooting, and advisory support for globally deployed manufacturing systems.
Enforce and maintain global standards to ensure consistency across MES and system integrations.
Cultivate partnerships with Local/Regional Plant Systems, Global Engineering, IT, and Quality teams.
Evaluate and integrate emerging digital technologies to optimize manufacturing workflows.
Develop specs, training documentation, and SOPs for manufacturing systems.
