Olin is seeking an Operational Technology Associate in Freeport, TX to ensure reliability and security of the process control network across the large site. You will troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance DCS connectivity, collaborate with engineering, operations, and IT to minimize downtime, and support safe, efficient plant operations.

Focus: The Operational Technology (OT) Associate ensures the reliability, security, and optimal performance of the process control network supporting the Distributed Control System (DCS) across a large, integrated manufacturing site. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and enhancing network infrastructure and control system connectivity to minimize downtime and ensure safe, efficient plant operations. The OT Associate acts as a technical resource for diagnosing complex issues, implementing preventive measures, and collaborating with engineering, operations, and IT teams to coordinate efforts across the Texas Operations site. The Operational Technology Associate provides troubleshooting and maintenance support of process control networks, plans and executes tasks associated with process control hardware and collaborates with multiple site units to improve the systems’ performance and safety.
