Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Systems Administrator-Level 2-Operational Technology in Mason, OH to maintain and optimize enterprise production systems. You will define monitoring procedures, diagnose complex issues, and lead incident resolution across IT operations.

Responsibilities include Windows Server management, network troubleshooting, deployment/monitoring dashboards, and cross-team collaboration. Strong skills in AD, Azure AD, SQL/SSMS, and monitoring tools are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience with Windows Server administration.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience with networking fundamentals (e.g., DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, firewalls).
• Experience with monitoring platforms such as SolarWinds, DataDog, or Dynatrace.
• Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, GPOs, and permission management.
• Proficient with SQL, SSMS, database administration concepts, and API integrations.
• Skilled with RDP, SCCM, and enterprise remote‑control tools.
• Understanding of infrastructure, networking, and application troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support Windows Server environments across production systems.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure, application, and network connectivity issues.
• Serve as the primary resource for our custom‑built deployment and monitoring, including dashboard creation, and alert configuration.
• Support production environments through Level 2/3 troubleshooting and incident resolution.
• Collaborate with Systems, Networking, Application Support, and Development teams to coordinate solutions and operational improvements.
• Maintain documentation, runbooks, monitoring standards, and operational procedures.
