Job summary

The Hershey Company is seeking a Global Sustainability professional to lead operational sustainability performance and decarbonization coordination across manufacturing and the broader value chain. Based in Hershey, PA, the role reports to the Director of Environmental Sustainability and may require travel to facilities across the continental United States.

You will monitor energy and water metrics, develop actionable insights, and strengthen dashboards and executive reporting to support capital

Qualifications

• Experience in sustainability/energy management with emphasis on decarbonization.
• Strong analytical capability in emissions modeling and dashboards.
• Knowledge of Scope 1, 2, and 3 accounting and ESG reporting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor enterprise energy, water, waste, and emissions in Hershey’s network.
• Provide insights on energy efficiency, fuel use, and high-risk areas.
• Strengthen dashboards and executive reporting for capital projects.
• Maintain decarbonization pathways and forecast models.
• Collaborate across Manufacturing, Engineering, Sourcing, Finance, and Supply Chain.
• Support supplier engagement and internal decarbonization initiatives.
• Engage with industry groups and solution providers to accelerate progress.
