• 5+ years of experience in energy management or sustainability.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong knowledge of Lean / TPM / Operational Excellence.

Responsibilities

• Define & deploy Sustainability Pillar System across manufacturing.
• Establish global standards, playbooks, and HLPS requirements.
• Define pillar maturity model, roadmap, and deployment.
• Collaborate with ESG, Finance, and Engineering to allocate resources.
