Job summary

The Hershey Company is seeking a Principal Product Manager for Supply Chain Data Analytics in Dallas, TX. You will lead data-centric products that improve operational efficiency and deliver strategic insights, connecting supply chain, business, and technical priorities.

You will own the product strategy, guide data programs end-to-end, and partner with IT and business teams to drive data governance, quality, and value through dashboards, analytics, and AI-enabled solutions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in data management, data analysis, or related roles, including 3+ years in product management or leadership.
• MBA strongly preferred; undergraduate degree in CS/Engineering/IS/Analytics/Math is desirable.
• Proficiency with SQL, Python, and data visualization tools; familiarity with supply chain systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with supply chain and business goals.
• Lead data products and programs from initiation through delivery, managing timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and outcomes.
• Apply agile practices to guide sprint planning, maintain the backlog, write user stories and acceptance criteria, and prioritize work.
• Build partnerships across Supply Chain, IT, and business teams to translate needs into data solutions.
• Establish and reinforce data governance practices ensuring data quality, accuracy, and integrity.
• Translate data into actionable insights via reporting, dashboards, and AI solutions to support strategic decisions.
• Identify opportunities to improve supply chain performance through data-driven innovation.
