Operations Analyst | Leading Financial Services Firm

We’re looking for an Operations Analyst to join a leading financial services organization’s Performance Operations team. If you have experience in financial operations, customer service, and data validation, this is a great opportunity to grow your career in the financial services industry. You’ll support client onboarding, review investment performance data, and assist institutional consulting teams.

What You’ll Do:

• Support client onboarding across various performance platforms
• Review and validate investment performance data and returns for accuracy
• Respond to inquiries and provide operational support to institutional consulting teams
• Assist with daily operational activities and resolve data discrepancies
• Use Excel for data review, validation, and reporting
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding processes and accurate performance reporting

What You Bring:

• Previous experience in operations at a financial institution
• Knowledge of investment products and investment vehicles
• Previous customer service experience with strong communication skills
• Intermediate Excel proficiency and strong attention to detail
• Ability to review financial data, identify discrepancies, and maintain accuracy
• Relevant coursework in finance is a plus
• Experience with a broker-dealer or financial advisory team is preferred
• Strong organizational skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Work Arrangement:

Training will be onsite five days a week for the first six weeks, followed by a hybrid schedule of three days onsite and two days working from home.
