LHH is seeking an Operations Analyst to join a leading financial services firm’s Performance Operations team. You’ll support client onboarding, review investment data, and assist institutional consulting teams in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires experience in financial operations, strong Excel skills, and excellent communication. Training is onsite five days a week for six weeks, followed by a hybrid schedule of three days onsite and two days working from home.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial operations within a financial institution.
• Knowledge of investment products and investment vehicles.
• Customer service experience with strong communication.
• Intermediate Excel proficiency with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to review financial data and identify discrepancies.
• Finance coursework is a plus.
• Experience with broker-dealer or financial advisory teams preferred.
• Strong organizational and collaborative skills in a fast-paced environment.

What You Bring:

• Ability to review financial data, identify discrepancies, and maintain accuracy
• Relevant coursework in finance is a plus
• Experience with a broker-dealer or financial advisory team is preferred
• Strong organizational skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Work Arrangement:

Training will be onsite five days a week for the first six weeks, followed by a hybrid schedule of three days onsite and two days working from home.
