Operations Specialist
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
You will provide the highest level of customer service through prompt response to all cargo enquiries, complete and accurate bookings, and professional communication when following up with the customer on any missing cargo and/or documentation to ensure the customer's booking is loaded as scheduled. It is the responsibility of the Operations Specialist to ensure all booking requirements are complete before handing over to Load Planning.
In this role, the Operations Specialist plays a key part in achieving our “Happy Customer” value by focusing on meeting customer needs.
