Job description

Risk management at Bankera is a key function that keeps the company ahead of the competition. As our company grows and risks increase, we are seeking support for our Risk Management Division. This position offers an excellent opportunity to start a career in the FinTech industry and develop professional skills in risk management.

Responsibilities

1. Participate in daily monitoring of operational risks, review all risk types, and implement control measures.
2. Collect data from various sources and divisions to prepare risk assessments and quarterly reports.
3. Assist in developing risk management policies and procedures.
4. Manage the risk incident process, including recording risk events and preparing incident reports.
5. Support ad hoc risk management requests.

Requirements

• Higher education in Mathematics, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Experience in implementing and monitoring risk management, especially within banking, is a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint; experience with Python is preferred.
• Logical and analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Interest in banking, fintech, finance, or economics.
• At least 2+ years of operational risk management experience.

Salary

The salary ranges from 3200 to 4300 EUR (before taxes), with adjustments for part-time roles. Final offer depends on experience, competence, and motivation.
