Job summary

Golub Capital is seeking a risk professional to support the Operational Risk Management (ORM) program in our Chicago area offices. You will assist in implementing the ORM framework, perform risk assessments, and help monitor compliance across the firm.

The role emphasizes collaboration with ORM stakeholders, strong communication, and the ability to deliver enhancements to risk processes in a fast-paced environment. This is a hybrid position with office presence in Illinois.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a financial services or related field.
• 3–5 years of financial services risk management, audit or related experience.
• Certifications such as ORM Certificate, CIA or FRM are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing and maintaining the ORM risk mitigation framework.
• Support risk identification, assessment, monitoring and reporting across Golub Capital.
• Develop detailed plans, track progress, and deliver enhancements to the ORM framework.
• Create and maintain risk reporting for senior management and oversight committees.
• Collaborate with ORM stakeholders and promote a robust risk culture.
