Job summary

Sunward is seeking an Enterprise Risk - Resilience Specialist to mature Sunward’s BCP/DR and incident response programs within the enterprise risk function. You will lead day-to-day resilience activities, including business impact analysis, plan development, testing, and incident readiness to ensure the credit union can anticipate, withstand, and recover from disruptions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years in business continuity, disaster recovery, operational risk, IT risk, or related resilience discipline.
• Experience with complaints, compliance, or member/customer service within a bank or credit union.
• Ability to develop or maintain continuity plans and conduct tabletop or functional exercises.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains BIA, RTO/RPO, and recovery objectives.
• Designs, refreshes, and tests BCP/DR plans and exercises; tracks gaps to closure.
• Maintains enterprise incident response plan, roles, and escalation matrix.
• Coordinates incident playbooks for cyber events, vendor breaches, and outages.
• Prepares resilience reporting and supports regulatory exams and audits.
