Nscale is seeking an Deployment Technical Program Manager (TPM) to own the last mile of deployments, ensuring clusters reach readiness and are handed over to the operations team without gaps. You will coordinate owners, services and evidence folders to present a clear readiness decision.

In this role you will build comprehensive handover packages, align on validation tests with evidence, and lead the formal acceptance process to ensure a smooth production handoff.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in infrastructure operations, SRE, service transition or technical program management for large-scale data centers or cloud platforms.
• Hands-on experience moving new infrastructure into production support, including runbooks, ticketing, escalation and hardware returns.
• Working knowledge of data center and cloud control-plane services: DHCP/PXE, DNS, NTP, PKI, secrets management, identity and access, observability, and asset systems such as NetBox.
• Familiarity with GPU cluster validation evidence and how it maps to customer acceptance.
• Strength in coordinating many owners across engineering, SRE, networking and operations to a firm date.
• Clear, concise writing. You produce documents customers sign without rewriting.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, primarily to data center sites.

Aufgaben

• Drive operational readiness for every cluster, with named owners per service.
• Build the handover package with executive summary, scope, capacity, metadata and contacts.
• Lead the operations acceptance process so the team accepts clusters with full knowledge of what is taken on.
• Close out and improve handoff templates, readiness checklists and acceptance processes.
• In the first 6–12 months, ensure every cluster has an actionable readiness checklist and sign-off without rework.
