Job summary

Hatch is seeking a Junior Operational Readiness Specialist to support offices globally from our Houston, TX location. The role focuses on developing and maintaining readiness plans, coordinating with operations, and ensuring readiness before turnover.

In-person work is encouraged, with flexibility for remote work when needed. Ideal candidates are recent graduates with relevant engineering backgrounds, a 3.0 GPA, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Recent or soon-to-be university/college graduates with relevant skills.
• Preferred bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical, computer, mechanical, chemical, or process engineering.
• Minimum GPA 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.

Responsibilities

• Assist with development and maintenance of Operational Readiness plans and schedules.
• Support readiness assessments and milestone reviews throughout project execution.
• Coordinate with operations, maintenance, engineering, and safety teams.
• Facilitate meetings and track action items and deliverables.
• Support training program development and scheduling.
