You will lead clinical and operational psychology initiatives, develop unit resiliency programs, and guide evidence-based decisions affecting SOF readiness and family welfare. Qualificações

• PhD or PsyD in clinical or counseling psychology from an APA-accredited program.
• Internship/Residency accredited by the APA is required.
• Current, full state license to practice psychology in the U.S. is required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide clinical and operational psychology services to SOF and leadership.
• Develop unit-level resiliency programs to support readiness and mental health.
• Administer and interpret a broad range of psychological assessments and provide feedback.
• Manage crisis response, referrals, and coordination with military/civilian partners.
• Support data collection, program validation, and research to improve performance.
• Ensure credentialing, compliance with standards, and maintain security clearances.
