Job summary

KBR, Fort Bragg, NC, is seeking a Special Operations Operational Psychologist to provide clinical and operational psychology support for SOF, develop resiliency programs, and guide leadership decisions in high-stakes environments.

The role requires a PhD or PsyD in clinical/counseling psychology, APA accreditation, and post-doctoral experience with security clearances. Expect collaboration with active-duty psychologists and potential relocation to Fort Bragg, NC.

Qualifications

• Must have US Citizenship.
• Secret or Top Secret clearance eligibility or ability to obtain clearance.
• APA-accredited PhD or PsyD in clinical or counseling psychology.
• Post-doctoral internship/residency in psychology.
• 2+ years post-doctoral experience in operational psychology, preferably in a government setting.
• Current, full, active license to practice psychology in the U.S. (state/DC/territories).
• Training in critical incident/stress trauma interventions.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise and direct psychological services for SOF personnel.
• Administer and interpret full spectrum of psychological assessments; manage records.
• Conduct neuropsychological screening and analyze data to monitor trends.
• Manage referrals for behavioral health care and provide crisis response.
• Lead development of unit-level resiliency programs and leadership education.
