Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Management, or a related field preferred.
• Demonstrated experience managing teams, processes, and operational performance.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, reporting tools, and business/operations management systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee day-to-day operational activities to ensure efficient and effective business performance.
• Develop, implement, and improve operational processes, procedures, and workflows.
• Lead, coach, and support employees while establishing performance expectations and accountability.
• Monitor operational KPIs, productivity, quality, costs, and service levels and provide regular performance reporting.
• Identify operational challenges and develop corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, safety standards, and internal controls.
• Manage operational budgets, expenses, purchasing, and resource utilization as appropriate.
• Investigate operational issues, resolve escalated problems, and implement preventive measures.
• Maintain accurate documentation, reports, records, and standard operating procedures.
• Support strategic planning and organizational initiatives by translating business objectives into operational plans.
• Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for cost reduction, efficiency improvements, and increased customer satisfaction.
• Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
