Job summary

Insight Global seeks an Operational Lead with Manhattan Active WMS experience to support warehouse operations during a large-scale system conversion and peak season activities. This role will bridge operations and technology teams, leveraging hands-on warehouse leadership to support end users, troubleshoot issues, and drive operational success within a high-volume distribution environment.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in an Operational Leader role.
• Proficiency leading operations in inbound, outbound or inventory.
• Experience with high order volume: 70k+ weekly on average, and 70k+ daily during peak season.
• Experience leading a warehouse go-live with Manhattan Active on-site support during implementation, conversion and stabilization.

This individual will serve as the bridge between operations and technology teams, leveraging hands-on warehouse leadership experience to support end users, troubleshoot issues, and drive operational success within a high-volume distribution environment.
