Job Opportunity: Operational Language Analyst 2 at BTS Software Solutions

BTS Software Solutions is seeking an Operational Language Analyst 2 to support operations in Hanover, Maryland.

The Operational Language Analyst will perform tasks required to process voice and/or graphic language materials in support of SIGINT Operations.

Location

Primary Location: Fort Meade, Maryland

Secondary Locations: Dayton, OH; Augusta, GA; Wahiawa, HI; RAF Molesworth, UK; Bluffdale, UT

Clearance Requirement

TS/SCI with Poly

Desired Languages

• Chinese-Mandarin
• Farsi
• Russian
• Arabic-Iraqi

Minimum Requirements

• At least 4 years of full-time experience
• ILR skill level 3 in audio or text translation from the required language into American English or 3 in listening/reading on the DLPT
• 4 years performing crypto language processing tasks such as scanning, recovering EEIs, gisting, translating/transcribing, report drafting, and database management
• 2 years of primary duty conducting translation, transcriptions, and gisting
• No more than 1 year of reporting as primary duty
• At least 2 of the 4 years of experience must be within 4 years of resume submission

Education and Experience

Entry-level positions require an associate's degree or an additional two years of experience.

Pay Range

$128,000 to $155,000, depending on location and experience. This range is a guideline; actual offers consider factors like responsibilities, education, experience, and competencies.
