Leverage language skills to research and analyze data to inform policy programs and initiatives. Basic Qualifications:

20+ years of experience in defense, policy, or cybersecurity fields

Experience briefing large and small audiences on pertinent information in both classified and unclassified settings and to establish and maintain large product distribution lists of subscribers via desktop and mobile platforms

Ability to show a score of 3 or higher on the Defense Language Proficiency Test (DLPT) or Oral Proficiency Interview (OPI) in the Mandarin language

Ability to conduct translation and simultaneous interpretation services as required

Ability to brief and advise senior and executive level staff, including service chiefs and combatant commanders, on areas of operations, activities, and investments

Ability to travel domestically and overseas periodically as needed to deliver lectures and participate in conferences

Ability to archive all products created under the scope of work on appropriate searchable information systems

TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

Additional Qualifications:

Experience providing professional military education seminars to the Marine Corps, Department of Defense partners, and military personnel, as necessary

Ability to show a score of 2 or higher on the Defense Language Proficiency Test (DLPT) or Oral Proficiency Interview (OPI) in the Russian language

Ability to maintain and leverage a broad subject matter expert network across the U.S. government, private industry, think tanks, and academia

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
