Qualifications

• 2 years' experience in Warehouse or Distribution Operations preferred with emphasis in Logistics or Supply Chain Management, Business or Sales and Marketing.
• Proficient in MS Office and data analysis tools.
• Able to work in unregulated temperatures within the warehouse during the warmer and colder months.

Responsibilities

• Uncover trends and correlations to develop insights that can materially improve our operational decisions.
• Apply data mining, quantitative analysis, and statistical models to understand customer interactions and improve experiences.
• Collaborate across the organization to develop best practices and advocate for improvements in enterprise-wide tools.
• Own the design, development, and maintenance of metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards to drive key decisions.
• Assess existing procedures and develop implementation plans, schedules, and reports for management.
• Maintain recordkeeping databases and produce regular reports.
