DSV is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join the Solutions division. You will generate insights to guide operational strategy, mine data, and support senior leaders in key decisions.

You will work with operations to shape processes, design metrics, and deliver analyses that improve customer delivery experience across the network.

The role offers a remote arrangement with travel to DSV sites in the US; strong analytical skills and data fluency are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years' experience in Warehouse or Distribution Operations with emphasis in Logistics or Supply Chain.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, data mining and statistical analysis.
• Excellent English communication, written and verbal.
• Experience with data visualization and BI tools (Data Studio, Sheets).

Responsibilities

• Uncover trends and correlations to improve operational decisions.
• Apply data mining, quantitative analysis, and statistical models.
• Develop and maintain performance metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards.
• Collaborate across the organization to improve enterprise-wide tools.
• Present findings to Management and support client reviews.
• Document processes and implement improvements.
• Support client business reviews with insights and case studies.
• Design, develop and implement IT solutions across functions.
• Document client requirements and translate to standardized solutions.
• Other duties as assigned.
