Job summary

AdventHealth in Florida is seeking a results-driven business development leader to drive growth and strategic partnerships across the organization. This full-time role focuses on identifying opportunities, developing marketing and business plans, and coordinating cross-functional teams to execute growth initiatives.

You will manage budgets, build relationships with stakeholders, and supervise associates while applying strong project management and analytical skills to inform strategic decisions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business management or a related field.
• 2+ years of business development experience.
• 2+ years of leadership/management experience.
• 3+ years of leadership/management experience (preferred).
• 3+ years of technical experience (required).
• 5+ years of technical experience (preferred).
• Bachelor's Degree required OR 4+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements marketing and business development plans.
• Markets opportunities to potential candidates.
• Creates and manages the annual marketing and business development budget.
• Projects budgetary needs and monitors expenditures.
• Leads the collection, analysis, documentation, and coordination of business development projects.
• Trains, coaches, and evaluates associates on performance expectations.
• Establishes and maintains relationships with stakeholders and business partners to provide solutions.
• Collaborates with appropriate departments to develop effective marketing and business development strategies.
• Manages day-to-day functions and demonstrates independent judgment and creativity.
• Builds strong relationships to advance departmental goals and vision.
• Supports media activities, including interacting with media and facilitating requests.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Responsible for managing the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and strategies for business development initiatives. This position oversees the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities to drive growth. Additionally, this role collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of business development plans. In addition, this position analyzes market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions. Additionally, this role maintains relationships with key partners and stakeholders to support business objectives. This position contributes to the overall success of the organization by driving business growth and innovation.
