Job summary

Hitachi Energy is seeking a Continuous Improvement and Business Process Specialist to drive process excellence across the Service Unit. You will design and implement improvements using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Daily Management, and Leadership Standard Work to enhance quality, safety, customer satisfaction, productivity, and profitability.

You will monitor performance with KPIs, maintain process documentation, and support planning.

Qualifications

• Supports operational excellence and business process management initiatives.
• Experience in developing KPIs, process maps, SOPs, and improvements.
• Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Identify, prioritize, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Design, deploy improved business processes across the service unit.
• Establish and monitor KPIs related to safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Collaborate with Project Management, Field Operations, and leadership teams.
• Lead Leadership Standard Work, Daily Management, and KPI reporting.
• Evaluate and pilot emerging technologies, including AI solutions.
