Chart Industries is seeking an Operational Excellence Manager to lead Lean, Six Sigma and continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations in the US. You will partner with site leadership to drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost improvements while building organizational capability.

The role requires strategic thinking, change management, and strong project leadership to translate goals into actionable initiatives with measurable ROI.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in manufacturing, operations, or excellence environments.
• Proven success leading Lean transformations and improvements.
• Ability to influence leaders and drive change across functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead Lean, Six Sigma and continuous-improvement initiatives with ROI.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and operating systems for visibility.
• Champion change management and sustainment of improvements.
• Collaborate with site leadership to set priorities and targets.
• Coach leaders and build internal excellence capabilities.
