Job summary

Chart Industries is seeking an Operational Excellence Manager to lead Lean and Six Sigma initiatives across multiple sites. The role partners with operations, supply chain, quality, and engineering to drive sustainable improvements in safety, quality, delivery, and cost.

Onsite work at designated facilities with integrated leadership; strong coaching culture and growth opportunities. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in manufacturing or ops, plus a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and a track

Qualifications

• 7+ years progressive experience in manufacturing, operations, or operational excellence.
• Proven success leading Lean transformations and business process improvements.
• Ability to influence leaders and drive change across multiple functions and locations.
• Experience managing large-scale improvement projects with measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the operational excellence strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Lead enterprise-wide Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives focusing on safety, quality, productivity, and cost.
• Facilitate Kaizen events, value stream mapping, root-cause analysis and problem solving.
• Establish standardized methodologies, governance, and reporting for improvements.
• Collaborate with site leadership to improve safety, delivery, inventory, and customer satisfaction.
