Job summary

Riveron is seeking a senior operations consultant to partner with client leadership and engagement teams. You will evaluate manufacturing and distribution operations, identify value-creation opportunities, and help lead initiatives that improve operational performance and financial results.

You’ll work directly with private equity sponsors and portfolio company leadership to drive rapid execution. You will collaborate with executive teams to deliver high-quality work products, manage day-to-day

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of operations consulting experience in manufacturing, distribution, or industrial settings.
• Experience with buy-side and sell-side due diligence for PE deals.
• Proven ability to develop value-creation roadmaps and KPIs.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to translate operations into financial impact.
• Comfort collaborating with C-suite, PE sponsors, and investment committees.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support due diligence engagements for PE buy-side, sell-side, and carve-out transactions.
• Assess operations across manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, quality, and maintenance to identify risks and opportunities.
• Evaluate scalability relative to investment theses and growth strategies.
• Develop fact-based value-creation roadmaps and 100-day action plans with measurable KPIs.
• Translate operational findings into investment-focused recommendations and client-ready deliverables.
