Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead or support projects related to cost reduction, process stability and tech transfer.
• Support data analysis for strategy deployment and initiatives.
• Lead or support capability building of colleagues in lean six sigma tools.
• Coach Yellow Belt & Green Belt colleagues with Zoetis Production System guidance.
• Collaborate across site to capture improvements and build capability in Charles City team.
• Deliver Green Belt projects and annual site savings with project ownership.
• Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Finance to assign project savings.
• Drive KPIs to meet site goals and manage multiple projects concurrently.
