Job summary

CordenPharma Colorado seeks a Sr. Operational Excellence Specialist to drive and coordinate the Operational Excellence program under the Associate Director. You will identify and prioritize projects, apply Lean Six Sigma methods, and monitor progress, benefits, and roadblocks across the site.

You will lead Kaizen events, map processes, analyze data, and coach Belt-level practitioners while ensuring safety, quality, regulatory compliance, and business results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a Science or Engineering field; Ten years of total professional experience in manufacturing, operations, engineering, quality, supply chain, or pharmaceuticals.
• Strong Lean Six Sigma foundation with change management and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale, cross-functional Operational Excellence initiatives delivering improvements in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and customer satisfaction.
• Develop improvement roadmaps aligned with operational objectives and strategic goals.
• Translate business challenges into improvement portfolios and execution plans with prioritized resources.
• Measure benefits, drive KPIs, and ensure sustainability of results across sites.
