Job summary

Campbell’s Associate Director, Operational Excellence is responsible for implementing an Operating System, MI, MBC, and Industry 4.0 strategies across the plant. You will lead cross functional OpEx teams, drive daily issue resolution, and improve site performance metrics in close collaboration with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, Finance, HR, and Logistics.

You will develop tactical implementation plans, build site OpEx capability through training, and ensure sustained

Qualifications

• The candidate must have 5+ years’ experience with Operational Excellence, Lean and Six Sigma fundamentals.
• 5 years’ experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• 3 years of people management experience.
• High School Degree or GED is required; a Bachelor's Degree is a plus.
