Wetalentia is seeking an Operational Excellence Manager to drive continuous improvement across its manufacturing operations. You will lead Lean initiatives, optimize processes, and partner with leadership to boost productivity, quality, safety, and cost performance.

This role emphasizes data-driven problem solving and sustainable action plans. Responsibilities include developing strategic improvement projects, coaching teams, conducting Kaizen events, and sustaining standard work while tracking

Formación

• 7+ years of manufacturing experience.
• 3+ years of leadership in continuous improvement or operations.
• Proven success implementing Lean and Operational Excellence programs.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing organizational change.

Responsabilidades

• Lead plant-wide continuous improvement initiatives using Lean tools.
• Develop and execute operational excellence strategies aligned with objectives.
• Facilitate cross-functional improvement events and sustain action plans.
• Establish KPIs and monitor performance to drive productivity, quality, safety, and cost.
• Partner with leadership to drive capacity planning and standardization.
