Competenze

• BS/BE in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
• 5 years in continuous improvement with statistical analysis.
• 3+ years leading teams.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities.
• Experience with data analysis tools such as Minitab.
• Familiarity with TPM and Focused Improvement.

• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce costs and lead times.
