Job summary

Evotec's Manager, Operational Excellence leads hands-on CI deployment across manufacturing, labs and R&D within the defined site. You translate CI methodology into measurable improvements, driving projects from scoping to verified benefits and building CI communities with frontline teams.

You will report to the EVP, Global Head of Operational Excellence and collaborate with the Senior Manager, OE to deliver sustained value, standard work, and training across the perimeter.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, life sciences, operations mgmt.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification required.
• Fluency in English essential.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Deploy OE methodology and CI toolset across site with rigor.
• Lead priority OE projects from scoping to verified benefits.
• Build and coach CI communities across functions.
• Deliver OE training and sustainment programs.
• Track and verify financial and operational benefits.
• Influence and coach teams without direct authority.
