Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Quality or related technical discipline.
• 5+ years leading continuous improvement, Lean manufacturing or process initiatives.
• Experience using data to drive decisions and measurable improvements.
• Structured problem-solving skills (A3, PDCA, 5 Why or similar).
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive change.

Responsibilities

• Lead Continuous Improvement program to boost quality, productivity and efficiency.
• Act as site SME for Lean, 6S, problem solving, and maturity of excellence practices.
• Own 6S program: standards, audits, actions, and sustainment.
• Develop metrics, dashboards and CoPQ analysis to identify trends and risks.
• Facilitate Kaizen events, value stream mapping and cross-functional projects.
• Manage project portfolio, track milestones and ensure timely action completion.
• Coach leaders and teams on Lean principles and data-driven decisions.
