Mativ is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager for the Neenah Mill and Converting facilities in Neenah, WI. You will own and drive OpEx initiatives, coach CI engineers, and collaborate across operations and other functions to improve safety, quality, productivity and cost.

You will lead Lean/Six Sigma projects, develop digital dashboards, and influence leadership to sustain a culture of continuous improvement.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations management or related field; 5+ years in a complex, process-oriented manufacturing environment.
• Experience applying formal continuous improvement methodologies (Lean or Six Sigma). Third party certification a plus.
• Ability to lead initiatives with measurable business results and to influence across functions.

Responsabilidades

• Be the primary driver for the OpEx framework at the Neenah sites, including DDS and DLA.
• Lead strategic planning with site leaders for yearly/monthly goals and strategies.
• Coach and develop CI engineers and leaders in daily management processes.
• Lead and manage process improvement projects using A3 or Kaizen methodologies.
• Drive cost savings portfolio and enterprise-wide performance metrics with real-time dashboards.
