Job summary

Mativ is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager for the Neenah Mill and Converting facilities in Neenah, WI. This pivotal role will drive site safety, quality, productivity and cost improvements, leading CI engineers and coordinating across Operations and other functions to meet business metrics.

The ideal candidate will bring Lean/Six Sigma expertise, strong change-management skills, and a track record of delivering measurable results in a complex manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations management or related field with five plus years' experience in a complex, process-oriented manufacturing environment.
• Experience applying Lean or Six Sigma methodologies; third party certification a plus.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive measurable improvements.

Responsibilities

• Provide safety leadership and drive proactive safety engagement across sites.
• Lead strategic planning with site leaders to set annual and monthly goals.
• Coach CI engineers and leaders in problem-solving using A3 or Kaizen methods.
• Manage cost-saving project portfolio and document progress.
• Develop and display dashboards and analytics for real-time decision making.
