Job summary

Mativ Neenah Converting Center in Neenah, Wisconsin is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance department, drive safety, maximize equipment reliability, and manage costs. The role reports to the Operations Manager and is located in Neenah, WI.

Responsibilities include safety leadership, maintenance strategy development, and utilization of EAM/CMMS to optimize maintenance execution and expenditures. Strong supervision and PLC skills are highly valued.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred.
• 6-10 years in a manufacturing/plant environment preferred.
• At least 5 years in a supervisor or managerial capacity.
• Predictive/Preventive maintenance experience desired.
• CMMS/EAM utilization and experience preferred.
• MRO/Stores inventory management knowledge.
• Leading metrics development and continuous improvement experience required.
• Previous maintenance supervisory experience in extrusion plant operations preferred.
• Strong controls aptitude and PLC troubleshooting preferred.
• Strong computer skills required; Oracle is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safety leadership and achievement of results in areas of responsibility.
• Lead safety policy compliance and incident reporting.
• Communicate open work orders and safety-related items.
• Lead Incident Investigations with comprehensive reporting.
• Develop annual strategies to improve maintenance spending and labor efficiency.
• Maintain a robust preventative maintenance system prioritizing equipment criticality.
• Utilize EAM for maintenance execution and cost performance control.
• Support operator-driven inspections to prevent breakdowns.
• Develop succession planning and cross-functional teamwork.
