Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in life sciences, chemical or biochemical engineering.
10+ years in GMP manufacturing with at least 8 years Lean deployment experience in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

Lead development and deployment of production systems across the full manufacturing value stream from fermentation to release-readiness for therapeutic oligonucleotides.
Diagnose current states and establish structured daily management.
Lead kaizen events to improve throughput, yield and cycle-time stability.
Integrate digital tools for real-time process monitoring and scorecard-based performance tracking.
Partner with quality to streamline release processes and enable tech transfer and process validation.
