Agilent Technologies in the Nucleic Acid Solutions Division seeks a Lead Operational Excellence professional to build and sustain production systems across the full manufacturing value stream from fermentation to release-readiness.

You will own deployment of lean manufacturing principles, lead kaizen events, translate business objectives into floor-level priorities, and mentor site teams in standardized work and data-driven problem solving.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in life sciences, chemical engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years GMP manufacturing experience.
• 8+ years in lean process accountability.
• Experience deploying production systems like Lean, TPS, or DBS.
• Strong problem-solving and process-improvement skills.

Responsabilités

• Own deployment of lean manufacturing principles across the value stream.
• Develop and maintain daily management routines.
• Lead kaizen events to drive improvements.
