Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master in life sciences, engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years GMP manufacturing experience with at least 8+ years in lean process improvement.
• Proven expertise in deploying and sustaining manufacturing systems such as Lean, TPS, or DBS.

Responsibilities

• Deploy lean and continuous improvement methodologies across the full manufacturing value stream.
• Lead kaizen events, develop standardized work, and implement visual management.
• Drive performance metrics related to throughput, yield, cycle time, and quality.
• Utilize shop-floor data systems and digital tools for real-time abnormality detection.
• Mentor site teams in problem-solving and operational discipline.
• Coordinate cross-site benchmarking and best practice sharing.
