Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 1-2 years of project management, process improvement, healthcare operations, or related experience.
• Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead medium to large-scale projects supporting strategic, operational, and patient care initiatives across Loyola Medicine.
• Partner with clinical, operational, and executive leaders to define goals, manage priorities, and deliver outcomes.
• Develop and oversee project plans, timelines, budgets, and resources to keep projects on track.
• Facilitate cross-functional teams, remove barriers, and drive accountability through the project lifecycle.
• Analyze challenges, identify opportunities for improvement, and propose data-driven solutions.
• Communicate progress, risks, and results to stakeholders and senior leadership.
