You will work with leadership to optimize client-facing operations, improve service delivery, and support seasonal tax and audit cycles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7–10 years of professional services/CPA firm experience preferred.
• Experience in operations management and multi-office coordination.
• Experience supporting service line operations and client-facing teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify and address process gaps within Operations.
• Oversee daily operational effectiveness across all office locations.
• Standardize procedures to reduce bottlenecks and improve turnaround times.
• Support seasonal workload planning during peak cycles (tax deadlines, audits).
• Lead training programs, onboarding, and continued development for operational roles.
• Coordinate Brentwood office staffing and facility oversight.
• Collaborate with leadership on technology integration and process improvements.
